Pumpkins

Being prego, I just wasn't all gung-ho this Halloween, so the kids got to carve their pumpkins by themselves! Stetson wanted his throwing up with knives in the side and Kaylee did a ghost in the graveyard. I was impressed. Jared and Kaylee also did a Minnie Mouse pumpkin for a daddy daughter activity (Minnie's ears are miniture pumpkins)!

Halloween

Kaylee was ALICE IN WONDERLAND and Stets was LUIGI. Kaylee is great at making spookey supcakes!

Jared was a COP and I was an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT.

Why does it never fail to snow the week of Halloween? We decided instead of a snowman, to make a SNOW JACK-o-LANTERN. Man that snowball was hard to roll!

New Thrills

I had to be brave and touch the stingray first, and Kaylee still didn't want to. After 15 minutes, a older boy talked Kaylee into petting it. What does he got that I don't ?!!!

Kaylee and Stetson

You can't even tell in these pictures that these kids fight like cats and dogs most of the time! Yea! Point for me!

Kaylee's Baptism Pictures

5 months after her actual baptism, I finally got the time to take some formal pictures of Kaylee in her dress. Man, she's photogenic!

Baby's Gender

Watch this video to find out the gender of our baby and see the kid's reaction!

Alright, we wanna know who won the bets!

Fist Day of School

First Day of School! Stetson Started his 2nd year of PRESCHOOL and Kaylee started THIRD GRADE! Stetson can fully write his name by himself and Kaylee is learning super fast at cursive and her times tables! I love their brains!

Stetson Scores

Stetson was a SUPER SOCCER STAR at itty bitty ball. He even scored in the right goals, and when he played goalie, no balls got passed him! Way to go, Buddy!

Fishing

Jared took the kids on their first fishing trip down at his parent's cabin. They had so much and Stetson kept bragging that his fish was bigger than Kaylee's. It was really hard to remember to be quiet with all the excitement!

Kaylee Tennis

Kaylee started tennis lessons this summer! I was so impressed she could return the ball in court the very first day!

Kaylee turns Eight

Kaylee was so excited to be baptized in her Cousin Kade's hot tub in California! It was so peaceful in the Henry's back yard. She got to party it up with her friends at the pool complete with creme brule.

Easter

Easter! The kids had a blast with our cousins waiting for the SNOW TO MELT so they could do the egg hunt! Sunday morning, Kaylee and Stetson got to search for their baskets that the easter bunny hid.

April Fools

In and effort to replace my childhood anxiety of April Fools Day ( I knew I would cry if someone played a prank on me), we had a fun family dinner. Meatloaf cake and faux sushi!

Sunday, March 28, 2010

Run Forest Run! Star finished her 2nd Half Marathon. She ran the first 11 miles with Jared's co-worker, Andra. She's hard core! They ran 13.1 miles in just over 2 hours! What a rush! We were greated at the finish line by Jared and the kids with "MOM'S #1" signs.

Who likes to ROCK the party?

We like to Rock the PARTY!

We did just that! We paid the neiborhood kids to pick rocks outta the garden a penny a rock! We are so excited for the garden; now if it would just stop freakin' snowing!!! Oh it will be like 65 and then snow the next day! Utah's weather is bi-polar!

Angel invited us to go see "If you give a Mouse a Cookie", a short play just for kids! We laughed so hard! Abbigail was very interested and kept yelling "cookie" and "wake up" !

If Gandma Stone taught Star anything, it was making the holidays fun with food coloring! For St. Patrick's day we had a GREEN dinner with limeade, brocolli, salad and penne with creamy pesto! yummy!

Happy 4th Birthday Stetson!! We had a dinosaur party complete with pinata, dino nuggets, and pin the horn on the triceritops. We also went to Chuck E Cheese with cousins. His favorite presents were bop it ( up to 20), wiggle car and a soccer ball and goal. He got 4 goose eggs on his head within three days, hence the bruises on his face. Poor guy!

Wednesday, January 6, 2010

Christmas Eve we had dinner and a talent show at Jared's parents. Grandpa Stone brought up some bells from Cali and Kaylee learned how to play Jingle Bells for it! It was a huge hit! We were so lucky to spend Christmas with the Tunquists and Buells this year! We had a heck of a lot of presents under the tree and Santa didn't disapoint either-although Jared did get a lump of coal in his stocking for saying he didn't "believe". Stetson got a gun (Santa), train set (mom & dad), leapster (thx to Kat), Batman and Superman capes (G&G Berry) and gymnastics (G&G Stone). Kaylee got an MP3 (santa), swim lesson (G&G stone), Leapster (mom & dad), and webkinz (nikki). They made out like bandits! It was so fun to have the Stone Family and have Kat and Mike prepare all the food ( just not one of my god given gifts- lets just say I like eating was more than cooking)! Kudos to you two! It was Crazy but we wouldn't have it any other way!

It's begining to look a lot like Christmas! Fresh fallen snow to sled in, preschool Christmas programs and even Santa came to out house! Kaylee asked for webkinz and Stetson asked for a marshmello gun.

What's the holidays without your Freakin' Fantabulous Friends? We love playing sequence and guesstures with the Smiths and Westovers!

Thanks to Nikki- we got to make a very delicious gingerbread house with G&G Stone. Pretty sure Stetson ate about half the bubblegum when we weren't lookin. Both of the Berry kids have a ginormous sweet tooth- wonder where they get it? Hmmm
